This position is not with OVI.We are supporting a leading organisation with the appointment of an Ethics & Compliance Investigations Manager to join their regional investigations function. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end corporate investigations relating to employee misconduct, ethics concerns, and policy violations. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will plan and execute investigations, conduct interviews, assess evidence, and produce high-quality investigation reports that support fair and defensible outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end corporate investigations into employee misconduct, ethics, and compliance matters.• Assess allegations and develop investigation strategies and plans.• Identify and gather relevant sources of evidence.• Conduct interviews with employees and other relevant parties.• Analyse findings and prepare clear, evidence-based investigation reports.• Work closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the investigation lifecycle.• Ensure investigations are conducted professionally, confidentially, and in line with corporate policies and best practice.• Provide regular updates and reporting to the regional investigations team based in the UAE.Your Profile• 6-8 years' experience conducting corporate investigations within an Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Investigations, or Employee Relations environment.• Proven experience managing investigations involving employee misconduct and workplace policy breaches.• Strong investigation planning, interviewing, evidence gathering, and report writing skills.• Experience working within a corporate environment is essential.• Arabic and English language skills are required.• Knowledge of Egyptian employment and investigation practices is beneficial, although local legal expertise is available within the wider team.• Previous retail sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.What's Offered• Initial 6-month contract.• Opportunity to join an established regional investigation’s function.• Support a broad range of complex and sensitive employee investigations across the business.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate investigations, particularly in ethics and compliance.
