Key Responsibilities Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects and daily operations. Support sales and business development initiatives. Build and optimize LinkedIn outbound campaigns and email sequences. Research prospects and identify new growth opportunities. Build simple AI tools, automations, and scripts using modern AI platforms. Experiment with AI workflows to improve internal productivity. Support our AI HR Daily podcast, including publishing episodes and distributing content. Help create and repurpose content for LinkedIn and other marketing channels. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Take ownership of special projects across product, growth, and operations. Your Profile Curious, ambitious, and excited about startups. Strong communicator with excellent written English. Interested in AI, SaaS, sales, or entrepreneurship. Comfortable learning new tools quickly. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical and proactive—you enjoy solving problems independently.
