This position is not with OVI.We're seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist to join a Financial Services end client in Qatar on an initial 45-day contract, likely to extend. This is a business-as-usual (BAU) role focused primarily on cash and liquidity management, ideal for a hands-on Treasury professional looking to add immediate value from day one. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day cash and liquidity operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Monitor bank account positions and support cash flow optimisation. Support liquidity risk management processes in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Assist with treasury reconciliations, reporting, and month-end processes. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Compliance) and external banking partners as required. Ensure treasury activities align with relevant regulatory and compliance standards within the FS sector. Support ad hoc treasury projects and process improvements as needed. Your Profile 5ā10 years' experience in a Treasury function, ideally within Financial Services. Strong working knowledge of cash and liquidity management practices. Solid understanding of treasury operations, controls, and regulatory requirements. Comfortable working in a BAU capacity with minimal ramp-up time. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Available to start on short notice for a 45-day initial engagement.
