This role focuses on advising family offices, family-owned groups, or privately controlled investment businesses on AML framework design and financial crime advisory.Key Responsibilitiesā¢ Conduct an AML gap assessment against existing governance, policies, and applicable regulatory obligations.ā¢ Design a scalable AML governance structure and Target Operating Model (TOM).ā¢ Develop an AML Policy and Procedures Framework.ā¢ Perform regulatory mapping across key jurisdictions.ā¢ Design an enterprise-wide AML training programme.ā¢ Develop a phased implementation roadmap to operationalise the AML framework.Your Profileā¢ Strong experience advising family offices, family-owned groups, or privately controlled investment businesses.ā¢ Sound understanding of governance, ownership structures, and cross-jurisdictional operations.ā¢ FCC advisory experience with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical AML frameworks.ā¢ Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and designing governance models.What's Offeredā¢ Contract duration: 3 months.ā¢ Salary: AED 20k- 25k.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial crime advisory, particularly within family-run businesses.
