About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Trainee eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within an agency environment. You’ll collaborate closely with our digital marketing team, engaging in campaign planning, execution, media, performance reporting, client coordination, and integrated digital initiatives for brands in the healthcare and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the internal digital marketing team to plan and execute marketing and communication strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Assist media planners with the execution of targeted digital campaigns and advertisements.
• Track, measure, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Support client interactions and coordination while helping maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Coordinate interactions with doctors and key opinion leaders across relevant campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute integrated media plans across mediums.
• Support ongoing campaign research, reporting, coordination, and execution.
Your Profile
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, advertising, social media, and media planning.
• Comfortable coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Proactive, organised, and willing to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple projects and client accounts.
What's Offered
• Internship duration of 4 months with a stipend of ₹8,000 per month.
• Opportunity to be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office at Khar West, Mumbai, and 2 days work from home.
• Work hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
