The RoleThis is not a “make some Canva posts” internship.You will own content strategy and execution, with one main mission:👉 Push the founders to consistently create high-quality, high-impact video content.You will plan it, script it, film it, edit it, publish it, and optimize it.And most importantly — you will make sure it actually happens.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🎥 Founder-Led Video ContentPlan weekly short-form video content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)Develop sharp hooks around hiring being brokenTurn product insights into simple, punchy narrativesScript talking points for foundersBook filming sessions and keep founders accountableFilm and edit videos (Reels-style, fast, engaging)Repurpose long-form into multiple short clips
🧠 Content StrategyBuild a clear content roadmap (educational, controversial, product-driven)Identify trends in AI, hiring, HR techStudy competitors (HireVue, modern ATS players, etc.)Test formats: founder POV, behind-the-scenes, product demos, hiring hot takesTrack performance and double down on what works
