The Head of Product will oversee the tech development and execution of product strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, conduct thorough market research, and create product roadmaps that align with the company's vision. This role involves analyzing product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and product growth.QualificationsProficient in Product Strategy and Product Management to effectively lead and guide product development efforts.Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, draw insights, and make data-informed decisions.Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and convey product visions effectively.Experience in conducting Market Research to identify trends and opportunities in the market.Leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and aligning them with company objectives.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is preferred but not required.
