This role involves managing multiple centres in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad, fostering a supportive environment for youth development, and driving socio-economic transformation through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead Lighthouse centres to enable youth from nearby communities to secure formal jobs or self-employment. Foster a safe, conducive learning space that builds 'agency' in youth, promoting long-term independence. Manage a team of 5ā9 members, providing mentorship to ensure high-quality outcomes from community outreach to alumni engagement. Drive appropriate enrollments and ensure positive progress for youth throughout the program lifecycle. Maintain accurate data on Excel and in-house portals. Analyze youth data to identify trends and develop success strategies. Prepare comprehensive quantitative and qualitative reports for internal and external stakeholders. Keep senior management updated on progress, challenges, and solutions. Interface with Ward Officers, Corporators, and NGOs for mobilization support. Liaise with partners for volunteering, placements, and donor visits. Manage local events and advocacy efforts to boost placements within the local economy. Your Profile MSW or Post Graduation in any field. 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the social sector or managing training centres. Strong familiarity with the skilling and livelihood landscape. Excellent people management and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in data analytics and project management.
