This position is not with OVI.We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Travel Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of tailor-made luxury travel itineraries. You will be the linchpin between our sales consultants, global supplier network, and clients ā ensuring every booking, transfer, hotel, and experience is confirmed, coordinated, and delivered flawlessly. This is not a desk job in the traditional sense. It demands someone who thinks on their feet, communicates with precision, and holds themselves to a standard that matches the quality of the product we sell. Key Responsibilities Process and confirm bookings for hotels, transfers, experiences, guides, restaurants, and ancillary services across global destinations. Liaise with international DMCs, hotels, and ground operators to secure availability, negotiate rates, and obtain written confirmations. Build and maintain accurate booking files using the company's CRM and operations tools. Prepare final travel documents ā vouchers, day-by-day itineraries, emergency contact sheets ā to a client-ready standard. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with luxury hotels, DMCs, airlines, and experience providers. Follow up proactively on pending confirmations, amendments, and special requests. Coordinate closely with the sales and client relations team to ensure all operational details align with client expectations and preferences. Manage pre-departure communications including document dispatch, visa guidance, and travel briefings. Provide on-trip support and handle operational issues, delays, or emergencies with calm and urgency. Cross-check all bookings against itineraries for accuracy ā dates, room types, dietary requirements, special occasions, transfer timings. Raise purchase orders and track supplier invoices against confirmed bookings. Your Profile 2ā4 years in travel operations, preferably within a luxury, bespoke, or high-end travel environment.
