This position is not with OVI.Join our client in delivering clinically accurate optical dispensing and exceptional patient experiences within an eye hospital environment. You will integrate prescription knowledge, precision measurements, ethical product recommendations, and operational excellence through SOP compliance. Key Responsibilities Build patient confidence through empathetic consultation and structured need discovery. Explain prescriptions, visual requirements, and suitable vision correction solutions in simple language with specified sales tools. Interpret ophthalmic prescriptions accurately. Select appropriate lenses, frames, and dispensing parameters in accordance with SOPs. Maintain zero-error dispensing standards by taking relevant optical measurements using specified technology. Validate measurements before order processing. Recommend progressive lenses, AR coatings, photochromic lenses, and blue-light protection and premium solutions based on patient lifestyle. Follow ethical consultative selling practices. Coordinate seamlessly with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and hospital teams for 100% walk-in of patients with glass prescriptions to optical store. Maintain professional hospital etiquette and patient confidentiality. Coordinate with laboratories, verify finished spectacles, and ensure timely delivery. Resolve remakes and service issues promptly. Achieve KPIs relating to conversion, booking value, ASP, and other matrices as defined by the organisation. Contribute to repeat business and referrals. Maintain inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, documentation, and ERP/POS discipline. Conduct physical inventory as per schedule specified by the company and as per company SOP. Participate in product training, SOP audits, and process improvement initiatives. Coach junior executives in dispensing, counselling, and operational discipline. Support the Store Manager in achieving branch goals. Your Profile Strong understanding of ophthalmic prescriptions and optical dispensing. Excellent communication and patient engagement skills. Ability to work collaboratively with hospital teams and maintain confidentiality. Experience in consultative selling and product recommendation. Proficiency in inventory management and documentation.
