Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft AI ecosystem. Build conversational AI applications, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions. Develop integrations between Copilot solutions and enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and business applications. Create and optimise prompts, orchestration flows, and AI interactions to improve accuracy and user experience. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements. Implement monitoring, testing, and governance controls for AI solutions. Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with Solution Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners throughout delivery. Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational support materials. Your Profile Proven experience developing Generative AI applications in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services. Experience building conversational AI or chatbot solutions. Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
