You'll work in a flexible, hybrid environment based in Berkshire, UK, with occasional travel to Reading. Key Responsibilities Design and build GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. Develop Agentic AI systems for automation and orchestration. Build and deploy ML models for real-world business use cases. Work with AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS. Drive AI innovation, POCs, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor others. Your Profile 7+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML and GenAI solutions. Strong skills in Python and Java. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar tools. Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
