This position is not with OVI.We are looking for an experienced, detail-driven Assistant Manager to join an embedded delivery team supporting a Tier-1 Saudi bank through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of its new SAS-based credit decisioning system. The role covers the full retail asset portfolio ā Personal Finance, Auto Finance, Mortgage/Home Finance, and Credit Cards (secured and unsecured) ā validating that the bank's RAC/BAC criteria and underwriting policies have been accurately translated into automated system logic ahead of go-live. Key Responsibilities Analyse RAC (Risk Acceptance Criteria) and BAC (Business Acceptance Criteria) manuals and underwriting policies, decomposing them into discrete, testable rules across all four asset products. Design and build UAT test scenarios ā positive, negative, boundary, and exception ā mapping each case to its specific RAC/BAC rule for end-to-end traceability. Execute test cases, maintain a comprehensive UAT log with results and evidence, and manage defects through triage, root-cause analysis, retesting, and closure with vendor and IT teams. Validate upstream data inputs and downstream integrations (credit bureau/SIMAH, CRM, core banking). Coordinate day to day with cross-functional stakeholders ā Retail Risk, Retail Business (Product, Sales/Branch, Digital), Consumer Finance (underwriting), Compliance, Operational Risk, Fraud Risk, and Business Technology. Produce daily/weekly UAT status reporting and escalate critical, rule-impacting issues. Support UAT closure, stakeholder sign-off, knowledge transfer, and production-readiness confirmation. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline. 4ā6 years' experience in banking, credit risk, or financial services consulting, with hands-on retail/consumer lending exposure. Experience across the retail asset portfolio ā Personal Finance, Auto Finance, Mortgage/Home Finance, and Credit Cards ā spanning both secured and unsecured products. Structured UAT/test scenario design and execution on a banking system, and/or credit policy/RAC/BAC rule analysis.
