Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer intelligence frameworks and analytical dashboards. Produce regular KPI reports and management dashboards. Analyze customer demographics, behaviors, and transactions for actionable insights. Identify emerging customer trends and opportunities through data analysis. Develop customer profiles to support targeted strategies and initiatives. Translate complex findings into business recommendations. Identify valuable customer segments for targeted initiatives. Support the implementation of Advanced Analytics and AI/ML models. Monitor model performance and business effectiveness. Support experimentation analytics and measure campaign effectiveness. Your Profile 7–10 years of experience in customer intelligence within banking or financial services. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL. Based in GCC or KSA, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
