This position is not with OVI.The Customer Value Management (CVM) Senior Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing customer acquisition and growth strategies. This includes campaigns, offers, and pricing initiatives to drive customer engagement, product penetration, revenue, profitability, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to translate customer and market insights into commercially viable propositions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute customer acquisition and growth strategies aligned with the bank's objectives. Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and enhance the value of existing ones. Plan, design, and execute customer acquisition and growth campaigns. Develop acquisition and growth pricing proposals based on market benchmarks and customer needs. Establish KPIs and monitor performance against targets. Own assigned CVM initiatives from planning through execution and performance monitoring. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline. Master's degree/MBA preferred. Strong understanding of CVM concepts, strategies, and tactics. Ability to develop customer acquisition and growth propositions. Strong capability in developing pricing strategies and business cases.
