As part of our team, you'll engage with business users, document processes, and drive actionable change to enhance compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Engage with business users to understand problem statements and agree on the scope of engagement. Lead advisory engagements by constructing business models and conducting cost-benefit analyses. Document business process models using industry-standard frameworks and tools. Translate business requirements into actionable change for fast technology delivery. Research and analyze best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys. Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace. Work with product owners to write and develop clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Your Profile 10+ years of experience in retail financial services advisory, with a focus on regulatory or risk projects. 4+ years of experience in a Big Four consulting firm advising financial services clients. Proven track record in regulatory change and risk transformation programmes. Strong background in process modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and business change. IT background with experience in both Agile and waterfall SDLCs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 2.1 or higher in a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
