This position is not with OVI.We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Lead Consultant to provide technical leadership and implementation oversight throughout the delivery of a new Temenos T24 Core Banking platform. This is a client-facing advisory role, acting as the trusted technical expert on behalf of our client, ensuring the solution delivered by the Systems Integrator meets our client's architectural, operational, and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as our client's trusted Temenos T24 technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. Provide independent oversight of the Systems Integrator, reviewing solution designs, technical decisions, and delivery quality. Lead technical discussions across architecture, application design, configuration, and integration. Review and challenge functional and technical solution designs to ensure they align with business requirements, architectural standards, and industry best practice. Provide expert guidance across core banking architecture, data migration, interfaces, testing, and deployment activities. Define and oversee technical governance, ensuring design decisions remain consistent throughout delivery. Review implementation plans, technical documentation, and design artefacts. Support programme leadership by identifying technical risks, implementation challenges, and delivery dependencies. Work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and the Systems Integrator to ensure successful implementation. Oversee system, integration, and user acceptance testing from a technical assurance perspective. Provide recommendations and challenge where necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the programme. Your Profile Proven experience delivering at least one full Temenos T24 Core Banking implementation from solution design through to go-live. Deep technical expertise across Temenos T24 architecture, design, and implementation. Strong understanding of core banking products, processes, and technology architecture. Experience reviewing and assuring solution architecture, technical design, and implementation quality. Previous experience acting as the interface between a financial institution and a Systems Integrator on a major transformation programme. Experience leading technical workshops with senior technology and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, implementation governance, and delivery assurance.
