Key Responsibilities Implement and advise on operational resilience frameworks in line with CBUAE guidelines. Develop and evolve the bank's Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. Ensure compliance with impact tolerance frameworks for retail banking. Collaborate with teams to align with Western regulatory standards (UK, AUS, etc.). Provide advisory services to enhance operational resilience. Your Profile 5-10 years of experience in operational resilience within the banking sector. Deep knowledge of Central Bank of UAE operational resilience guidance. Proven experience with UK, Australian, or equivalent tier-one regulators.
