This role involves designing and building Neo4j graph database schemas and leading a small engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and build Neo4j graph database schemas. Define, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation. Interpret solution architect directions into Neo4j tasks. Direct a small engineering team to execute tasks with high quality. Write and optimize Cypher queries for data loading and retrieval. Implement APOC and Neosemantic processing to manage graph data quality. Collaborate with the Knowledge Graph Architect on ontology and schema changes. Support performance tuning and scaling of the Neo4j instance. Automate data refresh and synchronization processes. Document graph schema and data lineage. Your Profile 7-12 years of experience in graph database engineering. Expertise in Neo4j graph design and schema building. Strong skills in defining and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. Ability to lead and direct a small engineering team. Experience with Cypher query optimization. Familiarity with APOC and Neosemantics is a plus.
