This position is not with OVI.Join our client in a critical project to perform an independent Third Party Risk Assessment of a bank's outsourced Procurement function. This role involves evaluating compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards, focusing on procurement governance, supplier onboarding, and source-to-pay controls. Key Responsibilities Conduct a comprehensive review of governance and oversight mechanisms. Assess source-to-pay controls, including requisition, strategic sourcing, and invoice processing. Evaluate vendor onboarding processes and related-party procurement risks. Ensure value for money through competitive sourcing and market benchmarking. Review data integrity and confidentiality in procurement processes. Support audit planning, risk assessment, and control testing. Your Profile Strong experience in procurement, source-to-pay, and procurement governance. Expertise in vendor management, outsourcing governance, and third-party risk management. Familiarity with internal audit, operational risk, and control frameworks. Experience with ERP/procurement platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Ariba. Ideally, experience in banking procurement and financial services. What's Offered Contract length: 8 weeks. Rate: Up to SAR 40,000/month.
