This position is not with OVI.Join our client as a ServiceNow Data Architect, where you will lead a strategic data architecture engagement for a high-profile UK public sector organisation. Your role will involve transforming ServiceNow into a trusted enterprise service management capability through robust data architecture, CMDB/CSDM maturity, and readiness for AI, automation, IAM, ITAM, and ESM. Key Responsibilities Define target-state ServiceNow data architecture, standards, and guardrails. Align with enterprise architecture and review licensing usage/readiness. Assess CMDB maturity and build a CSDM-aligned roadmap. Rationalise CI structures and improve service dependency visibility. Identify authoritative sources and map data flows. Document transformation/mastering logic and produce lineage documentation. Define data governance models, Owner/Steward roles, RACI, quality monitoring, and retention/sovereignty approaches. Ensure platform readiness for Service Desk modernisation, IAM, AI Search, Virtual Agents, ITOM, ITAM, BCM, SPM, and ESM expansion. Lead senior stakeholders and present to governance boards. Your Profile Expertise in ServiceNow: ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), ITAM (HAM/SAM), IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, platform governance. Strong background in architecture: Enterprise, Solution, Data, Platform, Integration. Proficient in data governance, modelling, MDM, quality frameworks, lineage, metadata, authoritative source ID.
