This position is not with OVI.This role involves providing guidance and supervisory skills to maintenance activities at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of nuclear safety, industrial safety, and environmental protection. Key Responsibilities Guide the execution of work activities to increase reliability and performance. Provide technical expertise during complex troubleshooting activities. Control and guide the development of major equipment maintenance windows. Deliver toolbox talks and safety-related messages. Plan, organize, and execute work to achieve performance and productivity standards. Ensure quality standards by implementing quality procedures. Handle first line disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues. Provide training feedback to enhance training and qualification program quality. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures. Contribute to the development of UAE National employees. Ensure commitment to continuous improvement and quality management. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Nuclear Power Plant Outage Environment. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. Broad experience in nuclear/power plant activities. Knowledge in valve operations and heavy lift. Familiar with SAP/Primavera. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure during breakdown maintenance and shutdowns. Thorough knowledge of nuclear/power plant safety procedures. Approved Permit holder and certified in basic safety courses.
