You will build the commercial technology stack from the ground up, working closely with commercial leadership and founders. Your role will involve designing and implementing scalable, AI-powered systems that enable a lean sales team to operate with maximum efficiency while supporting rapid international growth. Key Responsibilities Own the GTM infrastructure. Develop automated outbound and inbound workflows. Manage lead qualification, CRM architecture, and pipeline management. Oversee forecasting, reporting, and AI-driven commercial processes. Build intelligent workflows for meeting preparation, follow-ups, and customer research. Handle deal management and market intelligence. Create a single source of truth across customers, pipeline, and revenue operations. Your Profile 4–8 years' experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, or Business Operations. Strong experience designing end-to-end workflows using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to create practical business automations. Experience with platforms such as Attio, Clay, Instantly, Notion, and similar GTM technologies is highly desirable.
