Do you have experience in Hungarian accounting and want to take on responsibility within an international corporate and manufacturing environment?
For an international group with a manufacturing site in Nyíregyháza, Hungary, we are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for a direct permanent position.

Your Responsibilities
• General ledger accounting and month-end closing
• Annual financial statements and statutory reporting
• Account and balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation and reconciliation of VAT returns
• Support with CIT/TAO and HIPA matters
• Review and posting of accounting transactions
• Cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and NAV
• Support with Group/HQ reporting
• Transition of accounting and tax activities from external service providers
• Improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
Your Profile
• Professional experience in Hungarian accounting
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing
• Good knowledge of Hungarian accounting and tax regulations
• Practical experience with VAT returns and reconciliations
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent Hungarian and good English skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented approach
Your Advantages
• Experience with CIT/TAO and HIPA
• Hungarian certified accountant qualification (mérlegképes könyvelő)
• SAP or other ERP experience
• Experience in an international corporate environment
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial companies
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
